We’re thrilled to be involved again with the brilliant Big Malarkey Children’s Literature Festival in Hull that encorporates books, music, poetry, storytellng, drawing and performance! We’re involved with storytelling and music sessions with primary schools during the week, then to families and the public on Sun 30th June, plus leading a music workshop family session, open to all! The music and storytelling session is based on the book “Sing To The Moon”, a book set in Uganda, Africa. Our Boomwhackers Family Music Making session is at 1.30-2.15, and the Music and Storytelling session is at 3.30pm. Check out The Big Malarkey’s website:http://thebigmalarkeyfestival.com/
We’re thrilled to be playing at several great festivals this Spring/ Summer. Starting with Llyn Arts Festival in Wales, Eden Festival Scotland early June, where we’ll be busy in the Workshops space and with samba dance, carnival drumming workshops and a children’s show. In July you can catch us at the Eisteddfod in Llangollen, and The Folk Forest, Sheffield. In August we’re at Broadstairs Folk Week, where we’ll be playing a show plus delivering some workshops!
